Today, at the very outset, learned counsel representing the petitioner submitted that although the instant petition has been filed so as to challenge order dated 13.7.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional District Judge, Gurugram, but as of now he has instructions to state that his clients are willing to abide by the said order provided another two weeks are afforded to the petitioner.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is disposed of with a clarification that the time afforded to the petitioner to furnish bank guarantee as per order dated 13.7.2023 (Annexure P-2) is extended by another two weeks.
