***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Mr. Imran Ahmad Ali, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of respondent No.3 and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record.

Perusal of the paper book reveals that vide order dated 03.09.2015, notice of the application for condonation of delay was ordered to be issued. However, vide the subsequent order, it was observed that notice was not issued for want of process fee and consequently, vide order dated 27.05.2016, fresh notice was ordered to be issued. However, no such steps have been taken to serve the respondents. Today also, none has made appearance on behalf of the appellants.

Seemingly, the appellants are not interested in pursing the instant appeal. As such, the instant appeal is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
