SUKHVINDER KAUR, J (ORAL) Perusal of the last order reveals that it has been observed therein that as matter was pertaining to the year 2010, therefore last opportunity was granted to the appellant to address the arguments failing which the matter was to be proceeded in accordance with law.

As per office report, order dated 07.11.2024 of this Court was complied with and counsel for appellant was accordingly informed regarding the said order and today request for appearing through VC was received from counsel for the appellant, which was accepted but when the case was called and VC was connected, none was present on behalf of appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. So, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
