(ORAL) The prayer in the writ petition is for fixing of some actual/fresh date in Case No.18/66, Tehsil Baba Bakala i.e. application under Section 111 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act for partition after the same was remanded back by Additional Commissioner (Appeals), Jalandhar vide order dated 29.08.2008 (Annexure P-3).

The Assistant Collector Ist Class, Baba Bakala, District Amritsar-respondent No.3 is directed to fix some actual date in Case No.18/66 in pursuance of the order passed by the Additional Commissioner (Appeals), Jalandhar on 29.08.2008 for appearance of the parties before him and shall adjudicate upon the same as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
