Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to treat the petitioner as Patwari instead of Beldar and pay full salary to him for the job of Patwari, which he was doing prior to implementation of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Patwari and further pay all the arrears from the date i.e. 01.09.2023 till today for the post of Patwari. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, confines his prayer for deciding legal notice dated 15.05.2024 (Annexure P-6). He submits that at this stage, petitioner would be satisfied, if the said legal notice is decided by passing a speaking order within a time bound frame.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record of the case.

Without going into the merits of the case at this stage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited, Sector 12, Panchkula, to decide the legal notice dated 15.05.2024 (Annexure P-6), submitted by the petitioner expeditiously, by passing a speaking order, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
