(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.280 dated 20.11.2020, under Sections 307, 323, 324, 148, 149, 506 and 295 IPC, registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur. Status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Kulwant Singh PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Tanda, District Hoshiarpur on behalf of respondent-State has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Parminder Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 16.09.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 16.09.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
