Mr.Nitesh Singla, Advocate for the petitioners. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are seeking refund of their share contributed by them towards new defined contributory pension scheme along with interest at the rate of 8.1 per cent per annum in terms of the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-35361-2019 decided on 30.03.2022. He further submits that the petitioners have sent a legal notice (Annexure P-8) in this regard and he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice (Annexures P-8). He further submits that Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-12061-2022 decided on 30.05.2022 had passed the similar directions. Issue notice to respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, DAG, Punjab notice on behalf of respondents.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice (Annexures P-8) in view of the aforenoted judgment and other relevant material within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
