  Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.485 dated 02.10.2020, registered at Police Station Kundli, under Sections 34, 406, 420 and 506 IPC.

Copy of status report dated 24.02.2022, by way of affidavit of the DSP, Headquarters, Sonipat, filed in the Registry, is taken on record.

Vide order dated 23.11.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
