On 07.05.2024, the following order was passed : "Application i.e. CM-21041-CWP-2023 has been moved by the applicants/petitioners under Order 22 Rule 4 for passing an appropriate order as respondent No.3 namely Ram Sarup Bhatia has expired during the pendency of present writ petition and as he was not married, accordingly, has not left behind any legal heir.

Application as well as writ petition are adjourned to 02.09.2024.

Mr.Saksham Khunger, Advocate submits that the petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.8,98,039/- to workman. The said amount is inclusive of interest. There is no legal heir of respondent and payment stands made to workman during his life time, thus, petition may be disposed of as such.

In the wake of statement of Mr.Saksham Khunger, Advocate, the present petition stands disposed of. 4.

Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
