***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to issue joining letter to the petitioner, for the post of Staff Nurse in respect of Advertisement No.15/2019 for direct recruitment for 1584 + 24 posts in the Health Department, despite being eligible for the same.

Qua her grievance, petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 22.08.2022 (Annexure P-11), but the same has not been advertedby respondents till date. Hence the petition.

On advance service, learned state counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the pending representation dated 22.08.2022 (Annexure P-11)by passing a speaking order.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 22.08.2022 (Annexure P-11) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law. 7.

Let the needful be done within 30 days from today. 8.

Disposed of accordingly.
