Present application has been filed u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, for placing on record the amended copy of the petition. II.
Allowed as prayed for. Amended copy of the petition filed along with application, is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 14.02.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and following order was passed:- "
Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking setting aside the judgment dated 30.10.2019 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandigarh, whereby petitioner was acquitted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (for short, 'the Act of 1881'), but respondent No.2 was directed to register FIR under Sections 420,463,465,467 and 471 of IPC. CRM-M-40386-2024 (O&M) - 2 - Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2/U.T. Chandigarh, points out that vide judgment dated 30.10.2019, complaint filed under section 138 of the Act of 1881 filed against the petitioner and other co-accused was dismissed, as the offences were not made out as punishable under Section 138 of the Act of 1881. However, considering the circumstances of the case, Court by appointing its Reader as complainant directed him to get the FIR registered against the petitioner and one Sandeep Gupta, having committed offences under Sections 420,463,465,467 and 471 of IPC and other offences also, if same are made out after investigation.
Court is informed that on 21.08.2025, present petition was ordered to be listed before the same Bench where CRM-M-34573-2024 was pending for hearing and the said petition is now fixed for 22.04.2025. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 22.04.2025. To be heard alongwith CRM-M-34573-2024."

Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Court is left with no option, except to dismiss the present petition for want of prosecution. Accordingly, present petition is dismissed, same being not prosecuted.
A copy of this order be forwarded to the petitioner at the address mentioned present petition.
