Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties. The terms and conditions were reduced into writing on 10.09.2016. Execution application was accordingly withdrawn by the decree holder on 14.09.2016. Photocopy of the compromise as well as order dated 14.09.2016, furnished in Court today, is taken on record subject to just exceptions. The appellants seek to withdraw this appeal in view of the settlement. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the statutory amount of `25,000/- be refunded in view of the compromise. Dismissed as withdrawn.

Statutory amount of `25,000/- be released to the appellants qua adequate proof of identity.
