CWP No.19315 of 2024 & connected cases [2] Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This order shall dispose of the aforementioned connected petitions as these involve similar questions of law and facts. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions received from the Director Secondary Education vide Memo dated 13.08.2024, submits that the Government has decided to give one time relaxation in age to the candidates who had applied and were eligible against advertisement no.13/2019, for the post of PGT Biology, Chemistry, English and Urdu (Rest of Haryana Cadre). He further submits that intimation to that effect has already been given to the Commission. 3.

This satisfies the petitioners' grievance, and learned counsel representing them have no objection to the petition being disposed of. 4.

In view thereof, the petitions stand disposed of with a direction to Secretary of the Commission to accept hard copies of the petitioners' application forms by giving relaxation in age in terms of the aforesaid instructions, subject to their fulfilling other requirements, in case they are not being permitted to submit the applications online. 5.

Copy of the order be given under the signature of the Court Secretary.
