(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants states that there has been no compliance of order dated 17.07.2019 since he has no instructions in the matter. He has further stated that appellant no.3 has also died during the interregnum and no instructions have been given to the counsel regarding impleadment of legal representatives of appellant no.3. Appellant no.1 is stated to have shifted abroad and her address is not available with the counsel.

In view thereof, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter and the present appeal may be dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive the same if anything survives.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to revive the same in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
