The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to present the charge-sheet (challan) in case FIR No.442 dated 08.12.2020, registered under Sections 420,465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Division No.5, Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one with better particulars.
