(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 02.07.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Superintending Canal Officer, Bhakra Water Services Circle, Sirsa and order dated 11.02.2025 (Annexure P-8) passed by the Chief Canal Officer, BWS Unit, Haryana Irrigation and Water Resources Department. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
