On 08.03.2018, the matter was again adjourned on a written request made by learned counsel for the petitioner to 16.04.2018. On the said date, again adjournment was sought by learned counsel for the petitioner which was allowed and that is how the matter is before us today. Again a request for adjournment has been made which we are not inclined to grant and the same is rejected.

Since the learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to substantiate that this writ petition is maintainable as public interest litigation under the Maintainability of Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010, the petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
