CWP-19780-2025 (O&M) -2who is representing respondents No.2 to 4, states that the outstanding amount of Rs.9,71,226/- has been released to the petitioner through RTGS on 29.08.2025. He points out that the amount was to be released by Punjab Roads and Bridges Development Board, however, there was a delay on the part of the said Board. He states that amount has been released from the funds of Punjab Mandi Board and claim for interest on the aforesaid amount has been declined. 4.
