***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner for employment in Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam since he had worked from the year 2020 to August, 2022 in Primary Health Centre, Kalalyat, which is under the control and supervision of Civil Hospital, Kaithal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, on the same cause, has already submitted representation dated 22.07.2022 (Annexure P-3), but it has not been adverted by the respondents till date.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by the competent authority, either way, on the pending representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the pending representation dated 22.07.2022 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, giving reasons thereof, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible. 8.
Disposed of accordingly.
