       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.204 dated 09.05.2020 registered under Sections 323, 34, 341, 365, 387, 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act (Section 325 and 364-A IPC added later on), at Police Station Ambala Cantt. District Ambala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case; that the petitioner has been in custody since 10.05.2020 and that the complainant along with his brother and father, while appearing as PW-2, PW-3 and PW-4, before the trial Court, have not supported the prosecution version.                 !
