RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order, dated 23.07.2024, Annexure P-12, passed in FIR No.74, dated 23.08.2021, under Sections 323, 325, 149, 120-B, 307 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Naggal, District Ambala, and also to quash all consequential proceeding arising out of the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that after having been declared P.O., petitioner has been arrested and thereafter he has been granted bail also. He prays for withdrawal of this petition. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
