FAO No.445 of 2015 (O&M) -2For the reasons recorded in the application, the same is allowed. Documents marked as Annexures A-1 to A-3 are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

FAO No.445 of 2015 (O&M) Counsels are ad idem that the matter now stands settled in view of compromise deed, dated 27.11.2025 which has been appended along with CM No.26024-CII of 2025, as Annexure A-1.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise deed. The same be made part of the decree. 3.

The ex parte decree now stands superseded by the decree that will be passed in the present appeal.
