This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking withdrawal of the main case, i.e., CRM-M-42734-2022. II.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the main case, i.e., CRM-M-42734-2022, as the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioner and the complainant. It is further submitted that the complainant is no longer interested in pursuing the matter, and accordingly, the applicant-petitioner also does not wish to proceed with the present petition.

Mr. Kanwar Sanjiv Kumar, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of non-applicant/respondent No.1 - State and pleads no objection to the prayer made in the application. V.
