Court has been apprised that there has been a compromise between the parties. Out of amount of `20.00 lacs settled, `16.00 lacs has been paid. Only `4.00 lacs remain to the remitted to the respondent. Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to do the needful within a month.

In view of statement made by learned counsel for the appellant, we find no reason to keep the appeal pending. Same is hereby disposed of. Appellant shall furnish a receipt duly executed by the respondent namely Mitali Kawatra in lieu of payment of `4.00 lacs and submit the same in the Registry by 23.10.2019. In case needful is not done, Registry shall re-list the appeal for hearing. In such eventuality, this court shall consider imposition of punitive costs on the appeal.
