(ORAL) ase heard via  Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of 'anticipatory bail' under the provisions of Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.219, dated 05.09.2021, having been registered at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 306 and 34 of the IPC.

Pursuant to the order dated 18.11.2021, an affidavit has been filed by the DSP, Charkhi Dadri, which is ordered to be taken on record. As per the said affidavit, the petitioner has joined investigation and was released on bail in terms of the aforesaid order of this court and that nothing is to be recovered from her.
