HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.87 dated 12.11.2020, registered at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana (Rural), under Sections 447, 427 and 511 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the dispute between the parties is of a civil nature, which has been given a cloak of criminal offence. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Learned State counsel has filed the reply dated 01.02.2021, by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dakha, District Ludhiana, in the Court today. The same is taken on record. As per para No.5 of the said reply, cancellation report was prepared in the present case and was presented in the trial Court on 25.01.2021.

In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous.

Disposed of as such.
