[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 193, dated 5th July, 2021 under Sections 22 and 61 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. [3] On 11th November, 2021, the petitioner was granted interim bail subject to joining investigation. [4] Learned State counsel, on instructions from S.I. Janak Raj, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation. He further submits that petitioner may be directed to join the investigation as and when called for.
