  The petitioner is aggrieved due to an alteration of entry in the municipal record. The petitioner claims to be an owner in possession of the property. He claims that the aforesaid property has wrongly been entered by the municipal authorities in favour of respondent no.4. In essence, the petitioner claims declaration of his ownership.
