**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.17 dated 01.02.2021, registered at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 420, 506 and 120-B IPC, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 10.08.2022 (Annexure P-10) arrived at between the parties.

Notice of motion in the present case was issued on 14.10.2022.

As per the Office report, service is complete. However, there is no representation on behalf of respondent No.2/complainant. Upon this, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
