Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 86 dated 15.04.2026, under Sections 331(1), 62, 3(5) of BNS, registered at Police Station City 2 Mansa, District Mansa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Court below has erroneously observed in the impugned order that the petitioner has been evading the process of law and has been declared a proclaimed offender. It is submitted that the said observation is factually incorrect. Learned counsel, therefore, prays for permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition after seeking appropriate correction by moving a separate application before the Court below. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for and recorded hereinabove.
