After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate legal remedy before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. He, however, apprehends that his property may not be auctioned in the meanwhile rendering him homeless.
Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. We, however, direct that no coercive steps shall be taken with regard to residential property of the petitioner i.e. House No. 158 A, Gaushala Road, near Balmiki Mandir, Bheem Colony, Sirsa, for one month from today. If any issue of limitation arises, petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for condonation thereof in terms of the statute governing proceedings before the DRT.
