(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for directing the respondents to consider CFSL report dated 16.10.2017 (Annexure P-6), wherein, signatures of petitioner duly matched with that of on the OMR Sheet and to drop t he departmental proceedings against the petitioner as they have done with other similarly placed candidates, whose signatures duly matched. In this regard, had submitted representation dated 28.03.2019 (Annexure P-9), but there is no adherence thereto. Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider representation dated 28.03.

2019 (Annexure P-9) and take appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that if decision is not taken within the time frame, there shall be costs of `25,000/- to be paid to the petitioner by the concerned Officer, who is responsible in not taking decision. However, in case, the claim of the petitioner is to be rejected, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner. ( AMIT RAWAL ) JUDGE 04.09.
