This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.8 dated 14.10.2021 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station NRI, District Moga. 2.

By an order dated 16.11.2021, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Harvinder Singh submits that petitioners have joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 16.11.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
