The matter has been amicably settled after deliberation between learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for respondent No. 4. Under the settlement, the Insurance Company has agreed to pay a sum of `3,50,000/- to the appellants/claimants in addition to the compensation already awarded by the Tribunal within a period of six weeks. In view of the settlement, this appeal is allowed. FAO-4563-2015 -2respondent No. 4 will pay to appellants/claimants No. 1 and 2 by way of draft or by depositing the same in their accounts. In the event of failure of respondent No. 4 to pay the enhanced amount of compensation as per the settlement within a period of six weeks, it shall be payable with interest @ 7% per annum from the date of filing of the appeal, till actual payment.
