The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.07.2019 passed by the Family Court, Ludhiana dismissing the application filed by the petitioner under Section 125 CrPC for grant of interim maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main case itself stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. The said fact has also been verified from the e-Court website of District Court, Ludhiana. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
