RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to Superintendent of Police, Panchkula, Haryana, to investigate the case in a time bound manner in case FIR No.0154, dated 04.12.2021, under Sections 323, 376(2)(n) and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Panchkula. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after registration of the FIR, no progress in the investigation is made by the Investigating Agency.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits, on instructions from SI Devi Dyal, that the Investigating Agency has recommended cancellation in this case and the same is likely to be filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction within 15 days from today. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the MEENU 2022.09.20 18:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-43122-2022 -2present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned State counsel to present the cancellation report before the Court of competent jurisdiction within 15 days from today.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue her remedy in accordance with law.
