(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking necessary directions to respondent No.2 to 5 to conduct fair and proper investigation in case having FIR No.137 dated 7.8.2021 registered under Section 307, 324, 341, 148, 149, 109 IPC (later on offence under Section 302 IPC added) at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar (Rural). The status report by way of affidavit of Jasbinder Singh, DSP, Sub-Division Shahkot, District Jalandhar (Rural) filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 is taken on record.

( 2 ) CRM-M-47170-2021 As per the aforesaid status report, three accused namely Rahul @ Gopi, Sanju and Inderpal Singh @ Raja have already been challaned in the present case by the police. It also appears that the other persons named in the FIR as accused were found to be innocent. The counsel for the petitioner made submission that the present petition can be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid status report submitted on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5, with liberty to the petitioner to take all the pleas taken by her in the present petition, at the appropriate stage before the trial Court.

In view of the above, the present petition is hereby disposed of with aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
