***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing selection of the private respondents belonging to General category in view of instructions dated 25.06.1997 (Annexure P-5) issued by Government of Haryana.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to re-file the petition with better particulars on the same cause of action. Disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
