Petitioner is aggrieved by order whereby liability of `92,673/- has been fastened on him on account of wrong fixation of increment. According to learned counsel, order has been passed by Head Master of Govt. High School Adamwal, Hoshiarpur who is not the competent authority and has not taken into consideration all the facts stated in the representation, Annexure P-3. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that matter shall be looked into by DEO, Hoshiarpur and appropriate decision shall be taken within two months.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.

Recovery shall, however, remain stayed till a fresh order is passed.
