Petitioner has preferred this petition with a prayer for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondents to issue renewal certificate of registration of the petitioner- Society.

Vide order dated 22.01.2020, learned counsel for the petitioner was obligated to point out relevant provision under the Act which requires renewal of registration of the Society. CWP No. 23977 of 2019 -220.06.2019 before the Registrar, Firms and Societies, Chandigarh has not been adhered to by respondent No.2 so far. At this stage, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to press its representation dated 20.06.2019 or supplement the same by way of fresh representation thereby incorporating all the necessary facts before the concerned authority. In the event of doing so, respondent No.2 is expected to decide the same at the earliest in accordance with law.
