(ORAL) Counsel for respondent No.1 informs the Court that the undertaking has been given by the petitioners, however, it is not in consonance with the order dated 21.12.2020 passed by this Court wherein the petitioners were required to hand over the possession of the premises in case default in payment of instalments.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the intent of filing the undertaking was the same, i.e. the possession would be handed over to the bank in case of any default on the part of the petitioners in payment of instalments as per order dated 21.12.2020.

In the light of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in SEEMA SHARMA 2021.02.11 11:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
