(ORAL) It is contended that the petitioners herein who are working as Safai Sewak, are seeking promotion on the post of Sanitary Supervisor since juniors to them have been given such promotions. In this regard a legal notice dated 16.01.2017 has already been served upon the respondents, which is still pending consideration. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners limits his prayer to an early consideration of the legal notice dated 16.01.2017 served upon the respondents.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 16.01.2017 (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 03.04.2017 (JAISHREE THAKUR) Satyawan JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes.
