Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police registered a false FIR No.74 dated 25.07.2019 against him at Police Station Sadar Moga. In fact, no contraband or narcotic has been recovered from the petitioner. He has moved application in this regard of Senior Superintendent of Police and Inspector General of Police, Ferozepur but no action has been taken on it.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move fresh representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, who on receipt of the same along with copy of this order, will take appropriate action as required under law.
