Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 03.08.2021 STF, District SAS Nagar 22 (c), 29, 61, 85 of NDPS Act The peƟƟoner incarcerated in the FIR capƟoned above, has come up before this Court under SecƟon 439 CrPC read with SecƟon 482 Cr.P.C seeking interim bail on medical ground for a period of 03 months.

State counsel has filed the medical report of the peƟƟoner from the concerned Medical Officer, Jail Hospital Faridkot dated 09.09.2023 and the said report reads as follows:

"In conƟnuaƟon of medical report UT Binder Singh S/o Bagga Singh dated 09.09.2023.

01.

It is submiƩed that UT Binder Singh S/o Bagga Singh 40 years old male is known case of Hypertension with LVH with LVEF 60% and right leg cellulites.

02.

He complained of paid right leg for which he was referred to GGSMCH on dated 08.09.2023.

03.

He got admiƩed at GGSMCH, Faridkot under surgery department for above said ailment and was discharged under saƟsfactory condiƟon and was told to follow up as and when required.

He was examined by medicine specialist for Hypertension for which he has been prescribed various medicines and was told to follow up in medicine OPD when ever required.

Given the said report, no case for interim bail on the medical ground is made out and the present peƟƟon is dismissed. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
