Learned counsel for respondent No.4, at the outset, submits that he does not wish to file any reply and has no objection if a direction is issued to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to look into the representation dated 01.08.2023 (Annexures P-2 and P-3). However, this direction should not be construed or taken as an alibi to involve anyone into unnecessary litigation and appropriate opportunity be given to the private respondents to put forth their submissions.

In light of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the complaint/representation dated 01.08.2023 (Annexures P-2 and P-3) in accordance with law and in SANDEEP SETHI 2024.02.20 03:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioner, in case, he is found involved in any illegal activity and/or in violation of any law qua which the competent-authorities of the State shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
