Petitioner Mehmood Ahmed, an accused is seeking quashing of F.I.R. No. 26 dated 19.2.2020 under Sections 323,324,341,34 IPC registered with Police station City-1, Malerkotla, District Sangrur. The matter is stated to be at the stage of investigation. The petitioner has got remedy of raising all the pleas before the investigating officer. I do not find any reason to interfere by way of acceptance of the petition and quashing of F.I.R. in that matter.

The petition stands dismissed accordingly.
