The petitioner herein has filed an affidavit of his assets and liabilities reflecting that he is earning ₹25,000/- per month by trading in curtains. The Trial Court has assessed the amount of maintenance pendente lite @ ₹8,000/- per month. The correctness of the aforesaid order has been challenged in this revision petition.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that after the COVID-19 pandemic, he had to sell his shop and now he does not possess sufficient resources to meet even his requirements. 3.

This Court has considered the submissions of the learned counsel representing the petitioner.

2024:PHHC:030196 Civil Revision No. 4864 of 2023 pendent lite. However, this Court, in exercise of its revisional jurisdiction, does not find it proper to interfere.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
