The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0023 dated 08.05.2025 under Sections 108, 56, 74, 85, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station GRP Bathinda, District Govt. Rly Police (Annexure P-1).

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition and submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court, however, in case, he applies for the grant of regular bail, the same may be decided expeditiously.
