At the asking of the Court, Ms. Mahima Yashpal, DAG, Haryana appears and accepts notice for respondent No. 1-State of Haryana. Learned State counsel, on instructions from L/HC Sushila, has submitted that the petitioner is neither on bail nor is responding to the notice issued by the police from time to time for joining investigation. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh, if the cause of action so ensues.
