Petition No.5700 of 2017 in Criminal Appeal No.717 of 2013 whereby the previous order of the Hon'ble Supreme dated 17.02.2017 has been clarified with an observation that "look out" notice/"flash message" against the petitioner also stands revoked. In view of the aforementioned fact, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that Ministry of External Affairs-respondent No.2 shall look into the case of the petitioner by treating the writ petition as representation and take a decision thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
